Clarification on 2024/2025 Bills

Management has received some calls in regard to the 2024/2025 being on the bills sent out. The bill is received in 2025 and due in 2025, but the dates of the bill are for periods in both 2024 and 2025. You can only claim the deduction in the year it is PAID.
